The Beat Project is a creative arts and media charity, which works in partnership with local and national funding organisations to deliver a wide range of integrated community development, and alternative education programmes to engage with disenfranchised young people (at risk of becoming or are NEET - Not in Employment, Education or Training), people with learning disabilities and difficulties, young carers and parents, minority groups and communities across South East England.

Through bespoke and integrated programmes, the Beat Project interacts with individuals, small groups and whole communities to foster a shared ambition of empowerment, enterprise, ownership, equality, acceptance and integration. [1]
